Whip padded into the old camp got a look around then went out to hunt. He came back with a thrush, a hare, and a few field mice.

Katz looked at all the food and wringled his nose. How did they eat that? He wished so much for a garbage can. He snuck off into the forest following his nose and found the garbage can of a twoleg at twolegplace. Katz jumped up and kicked the lid of and dove in. He munched on donuts, half eatten bagels, rotten cheese, and his most prized, a steak. He wondered if he should take it back to Deathclan or not. To be nice and fair, he did. Katz dragged it back to the camp and threw it at Wheel's paws.

Eaglefeather bit the lump of meat and chewed. She did not like it but she ate it to be polite.
