Hawkstar's apprentice sisters

[Hawky]

A little story with Hawkstar's sisters. I'm putting this because I need a place to keep writing, and people aren't on when I am. So I'll keep writing here. Feel free to join in with your cats! (Note: when this was first writen, it was NightClan not CloudClan.)

"Wake up! WAKE UP!"

Paws pushed into her flank breaking her sleep. Akaripaw woke to see her sister Hawkpaw over her. Hawkpaw's snowy white flank stood out in the dark den. She looked to see Spottedpaw waking too, she was brown with black spots on her forehead. Akaripaw herself was a light pinkish color with dark pink/purple stripes lining her back and face. "What Hawkpaw?" She asked. "We'll be late for school!" Hawkpaw shouted. "School?" Akaripaw asked.

Spottedpaw sat next to her sisters and answered. "It's where all clan apprentices go to learn how to hunt and fight. The word came from Twoleg-speak." Akaripaw rolled her eyes. Like this would be fun. The three pushed out of the cavern and into the musty cave. CloudClan had been living in a cave after the badger attacks. She wished for air. Real air. They followed the crowd and finally, for the first time in her life, left the caverns. A cold wind attacked her face when she stepped out. Maybe it wouldn't be bad.

[Hawky]

(a little later)

"Keep it moving! Your worse than mice!"

Hawkpaw had thought that school would be fun, but she was wrong. If I become leader, I'll make you pay Westsky! Westsky was the mentor or "teacher" who taught them hunting and fighting in some class called "gym". She lowered herself, hoping the pale grey she-cat wouldn't see her, but Westsky picked her out. "Hawkpaw! What are you doing?" She snapped. Hawkpaw straightened herself and pointed at Westsky, about to snap something, but she saw the pink fur of her sister, Akaripaw leap from the ground and attack Westsky. The thing about gym was, they were in a canyon. WestSky sat on a high ledge above them watching. Most cats couldn't get to her unless the knew the secret path.

To watch Akaripaw leap up there, was amazing. Hawkpaw toned out what they were saying and went to find Spottedpaw. She was on the ground whimpering. "I sholdn't be here! I want to be a medicine cat! Herbwhisker said I could!" She held out her paw to show it was bleeding badly and stones were caught in her claws and pad. Hawkpaw helped pull the stone out. "It's ok. Just wait till Prey-share." She told her sister.

"MAN! I HATE WESTSKY!"

Spottedpaw watched Akaripaw rip a chunk of meat from the rabbit she was eatting. She had never seen her sister so angery. "Why did I come anyways?" Spottedpaw asked aloud. Hawkpaw shrugged. Akaripaw glared at Hawkpaw with a hiss. "I would safely be at home sleeping or training with Mudcrest if you didn't wake me up!" She spat. Hawkpaw pulled back. "Sorry. It sounded fun.." Akaripaw took of another chunk and ate it. "Death walking." She growled through her rabbit meat. The two looked to see a "teacher" padding over to them. "What do you want?" Hawkpaw hissed. The teacher was a black she cat with a white under belly and muzzle. "I'm StarShine. I'll be your Prey-share teacher." Akaripaw swallowed and growled. "We don't need to be taught to EAT!" She turned and padded away.

Spottedpaw watched her sister. "She's just mad. I'm Spottedpaw." Hawkpaw slipped away and talked to another apprentice while Spottedpaw talked to StarShine. "So who's the leader?" Spottedpaw asked. "Well, I'm not sure. I think Dogwhisp is." Spottedpaw cocked her head. "Why not Dogstar?" StarShine was about to tell her, when Westsky, and two other cats padded in. One was a brown tabby tom with black stripes and the other one was a sand colored she-cat with a cream belly and muzzle.

"Prey-share is over!" The tom shouted. "StarShine! Leave the apprentice!" StarShine looked at Spottedpaw, then turned and bounded over. "Who are they?" She asked aloud. "The teachers!" Spottedpaw jumped and turned to see an orange tom with bright white stripes lining his back. "Hi! I'm Whitepaw!" He said. "Spottedpaw. What are they're names?" She asked. "The tom is Hamwhisker, the she-cat is Hacket-thorn, and you already met WestSky and StarShine. Come on, let's play!" She followed him with out a word into a sandy clearing where apprentices were playing.

((Everyone but StarShine, Herbwhisker, and Whitepaw is based off someone at my school. The sisters are me.))

[Fiery]

Treepaw and Starpaw sat so close and didn't move from each others side. It always felt wrong when they were apart. Every cat who came near they ignored and kept their tail twined.Treepaw smiled lovingly at Star and she smiled back friendly. He always seemed slightly hurt afterwords but just shook it off. The pair hadn't spoken to anyone, not even each other, in a moon. They sat on the edge of the clearing staring at the other apprentices with unblinking glazed eyes. They looked like they were in a far off land.

[Hawky]

Hawkpaw saw the two and nudged Akaripaw. "Yo. Look at those two." Akaripaw looked over. "Maybe they're like us, kin who don't like being apart." She said. "Maybe." Hawkpaw agreed. The two walked over to Treepaw and Starpaw. "Hi!" Hawkpaw called. "I'm Hawkpaw. this is my sister, Akaripaw." Akaripaw gave a grunt and looked away. "Your sister Spottedpaw is over there." She said flicking her tail over to her spotted sister. "And you are?"

[Fiery]

Treepaw looked to Starpaw and they shook their heads.

[Hawky]

Akaripaw turned and hissed under her breath. "Kittypets."

[Fiery]

"Shut up," Treepaw mewed hoarsely then bit his tongue.
Starpaw sighed, "Treepaw."
"I know I broke the vow of silence. I don't care if there is repercussions later on I have to say something when they speak badly about you," Treepaw mewed to Starpaw.
"Treepaw...." Starpaw trailed off, blushing, lowering her head.
Treepaw lifted her head with his tail and had his head close to hers. "I'm sorry."
Starpaw blushed to death and then Treepaw backed up realizing what he just did. "I-I mean errrrr, uh." A sweat drop rolled down his head.
((I just realized I'm unintentionally making them like the twins from Ouran Host Club))

Spottedpaw rolled around with Whitepaw for a awhile having fun. She stopped when she heard yelling. Whitepaw still boxing at her ears. "Look." She flicked her tail over to two apprentices. "Stop it!" The she-cat snapped. The other jumped around her. "Your fat! Your fat! Your faaaaaaat!!" The she-cat grabbed him by the tail, her black pelt shining in the sun. "I. Will. Kill. You." He gulped. "YOUR FAT!" He shouted. She let go of him and leaped on him. "YOU WILL DIE!! YOU HEAR ME WORMPAW!? DEATH!!" She scratched at his ears and chased him around. Wormpaw leaped up on to a boulder with the black cat hard on his paws. "When I get you, ohohoho! I'll rip your pelt of and give it to Wispkit to line his nest!! Then I'll take your body and feed it to the elders! And let the warriors sharpened their claws on your bones!!" She hissed.

Spottedpaw watched. "Should we help?" She asked. Whitepaw sighed. "Brother and sister I would guess. But who's this kit?" Spottedpaw bunched herself and leaped up the rocks. Her claws were stinging as she climbed the rocks. "Stop!" She shouted. The black cat looked down and kicked rocks down by mistake. "Listen, Wormpaw's my problem. The mouse-brain's been bothering me since he was born." She started climbing again. The wall being a wall with just a few dents. A full 90 degree angle. "Don't do this to your brother!" Spottedpaw shouted up, staying on the last boulder. The she-cat stopped then leaped down. "Wormpaw is not my brother. Heck, Wormpaw's real name is Sparrowpaw! My only kin alive is Whispkit, and NO he's not my brother." She spatt. She started climbing again, still talking. "I'm the youngest queen in Earthclan. Yes, Whispkit is my son."

She stood there shocked. She turned tail and ran down the boulders screaming. "HAWKPAW! AKARIPAW! WHERE ARE YOU?!" The two sisters turned from the other apprentices and ran over to her. "What's wrong?" Hawkpaw asked. "I MET THE YOUNGEST QUEEN IN EARTHCLAN!" She shouted. "AND SHE'S AN APPRENTICE!" The two sisters looked at her in shock. The black she-cat jumped down when Wormpaw ran past them. "What's your name?" Akaripaw asked stopping the black cat. "Crowpaw." She said in a hiss.

[Fiery]

Treepaw and Starpaw stared in disbelief at the comment, well exclimation, they just overheard.
"Really?" Treepaw inquire in his hoarse, scratchy mew.

Crowpaw looked at them. "Yes. Now I must deal with Wormpaw." She pushed pasted them and ran after him.
