Hawkstar laid in her nest, her belly swollen. "Patchfang, please go to the meeting in my place. I can not travel. Katz, go with them." The two gathered the clan cats and started to leave. Patchfang froze and ran back to Hawkstar. "What will I tell them?" He asked. Hawkstar flicked her tail. "Say I have Greencough. If they want to come to the camp to see me, tell them I am in a secret place in our territory so that I do not spread it, but can be cared for." He nodded and headed to the gathering.
Patchfang jumped into the leader's ditch and Katz followed. "I'll only be here until the other clans come." Katz told Patchfang. He looked at his paws and looked at Patchfang. "Can I tell you something? Something I regret?" He nodded and Katz went on. "I was the Deathclanner that killed Happyheart. I never ment to, really. I think another cat was controlling me." He confessed. Patchfang looked at him and nodded. "I understand." Man. this guy has a hard life. Patchfang thought. He looked up at the moon. Hawkstar only had three lives left. If birthing took one, he'd be one step closer to being called Patchstar. Great Sunclan, help me.

Swiftstar and her cats padded into the Sheer Cliffs and sat where their clan would sit. Swiftstar thought it would be best to get this done quickly.
Swiftstar sat down next to Patchfang. "Let's hope it doesn't take the other leaders too long to get their clans here."

Lynxheart padded into the clearing with ShadeClan behind him. He greeted Swiftstar with a respectful nod. He glanced over at Patchfang, "Where's Hawkstar this evening?"

Patchfang looked up at Lynxheart. "Oh hello, Lynxheart. Hawkstar has caught Greencough and stayed behind." He gave a nod to Katz and he turned and joined the others. Patchfang licked his paw as they all arived.

Swiftstar raise her head as she saw the other two clans enter the fissure. Eaglefeather, Wheel, and Soulkeeper sat beside her. "Shall we begin?"

"LightClan has two new warriors and an apprentice!" She declared, " Stripepaw, Loincloud, and Treeadder." She waited for the chanting to stop. "Prey is going smoothly and we are all getting along with CloudClan just fine." She finished and stepped back. "Lyxnheart do you want to go next?"

Lynxheart nodded and turned to the crowd of cats below, "All is well in ShadeClan, we are well fed. I plan to start my journey to the Sun Alter tonight and I will recieve my nine lives and name tomorrow at sunhigh," he took a deep breath and paused for a second before starting up again, "Blazeheart of LionClan has made the decision to join ShadeClan as a warrior. I think he will serve our Clan well."

Lynxheart's anger got the best of him and he narrowed his eyes, "I'm finished. Who'd like to go next," his last words drew into a annoyed hiss.

Patchfang stepped forward, "I'm standing in for Hawkstar. Hopefully she'll be able to come back to gatherings soon. Anyways, CloudClan is do quiet well. We had two new warriors Rabbitwhisker and Happyheart. Unfortunatly one of them is watching from SunClan, Happyheart." Hear waited for name chanting to stop. "I think that's it," he finished and turned to Soulkeeper and Eaglefeather. "Who wants to go next?"

Katz shifted his paws and watched. "Please let me go home." He hissed under his breath. Patchfang looked over to the bush and nodded. "I almost forgot." Patchfang said suddenly. Katz pushed himself out of the bush and everyone looked at him. "We have a new member to the clan, Katz. He has left DeathClan and his dark past to a new brighter one." Katz dipped his head. "I feel guilt for what I have done for what they have laid at my paws. I hope to be guided to SunClan."
