Solemnpaw looked at the cats who had come in camp with a calm, dead look in his eyes. The apprentice tilted his head to the side then slowly walked over to the new cats. "And who might you be?" His voice was dead pan as he spoke.
Flamestreak was a little unsettled by the question. "I-I don't know. I've never had an apprentice and it's not like I've had another mate..." He trailed off looking into Freeheart's warm eyes and felt himself melting.

The spotted she-cat looked him in the eye. "I'm Leopardsta- I mean, LeopardTalon. And this is my mate Watson." She said in a raspy voice, for she had green-cough.
Freeheart looked at him, unable to speak. "Well, uh, hold on to your pelt, cause well.." Her voice trailed out. Her heart was pounding in her chest. "Flamestreak?" She waited till he looked at her.
"Your going to be a father."

Maplepaw sniffed the she-cat and mewed with a slight nervousness," You smell like a river." Her eyes still trying to determine what kind, but shrugged it off. "Hello, I'm Maplepaw! This is My best friend, Mr. Grouchyfur, He likes being called Solemnpaw though. I still think Mr. Grouchyfur fits him best!" She playfully teased her friend by calling him the nickname he so much hated.

LeopardTalon smiled. "Hello, Maplepaw. Thank you for showing me your friend. I'm sorry if I don't seem nice, but really I am. I'm just sick is all." Watson laid his tail over her shoulders as she broke into a fit of coughing. "Where is your med. cat?" Watson asked the apprentice.
Hawkstar looked at the two cats who were talking to the apprentices, then to the apprentice sized warrior standing infront of her. "Can they stay?" WildFlame asked her. Hawkstar had no idea what to say. "Alright. But LeopardTalon must be an elder. She is weak and having a past leader as a warrior is unfair."

Whisppaw overheard the conversation and padded over. "What do we need a Medicine Cat for?"

"Its a suiting name" Soulstar padded over to the group when he overheard Solemnpaw's new nickname. He looked at the two new commers. "I'm Soulstar of Earthclan" The dark tom looked at the two testingly. Furyclaw bounded up concerned "oh dear greencough is always such a pain I hope you get better"

LeopardTalon purred. "Thank you. We only have two sick. Me and StoneSpirit. The others were healthy." Wildflame padded back over and rubbed up against his mother. "You can stay, but you'll have to be a elder. Watson, you could be a warrior of elder." Watson looked at him. "I'll be a warrior. I want to earn my right to be in this clan."

"I see," Whisppaw muttered really concidered the effects of fetching her broken mentor. But the cost of the cat's apperence to the clan didn't win over her urge to care for the sickly. "Um, if you'll follow me I'll take you to Thunderheart."
Flamestreak sat stunned. "Wh-what?" He asked after a moment of partially awkward silence. He watched the worry that flicked through his mate's eyes then grinned widely. He gaze grew less worried and filled to the brim with joy that started spilling over. To think he was going to have kits! Well he wasn't having them but they were going to be his! "Th-that's great!" he gasped out in his pleasure which was placing his mind in an overload.
((XD the last post I completely forgot about Freeheart and Flamestreak sorry Akari! I have writers block and am trying to get writing with rps))

"Yeah, I think so too, Soulstar! Unfortunately, he doesn't seems to think it fits him well!" She had a smile on her face as she playfully nudged Solemnpaw.

Freeheart looked at him. She wasn't falling for his false hope. "Your scared." She looked away from him and into the trees. "I'm scared as well. I'm young, and know nothing about taking care of kits."
