Rainpanther padded along looking at the forest. Suddenly a twig snapped and a second fox jumped out only much larger then the one at the camp. She yowled as thorn sharp teeth sank into her neck. A burbling yowl rose from her throught and then she went silent. The fox padded away with a sence of victory.

Solemnkit jumped and landed on his hind legs. He winced but charged after the fox. He lept claws extended and crashed into the fox's head. It grabbed him and flung him off into a boulder. "Uf!" he huffed as he collided but chased until he found the other fox that had gotten Soulkeeper. It was standing over him with a sly, contented look on it's face. The foxes circled him, and in exhaustion Solemnkit fell the the ground, his hind legs were burning in agony and his spine felt like mush. He lay there and started to screech. The horrid sound echoed off all the boulders adn through the whole forest the amplified sound carried. Every cat would know something was wrong, and they would all know where to look. He was at the heart of EarthClan territory, the only place the reverberation would bounce perfectly if you hit the right notes, and Solemnkit was praying that he did for his cries were cut short from a yap and a lung.

Rainpanther sat up with blood gushing out of her neck. "Gotta save my kit." She rasped and gurgled. She stumbled over to EarthClan and saw Solmnkit. "Hey damn fox! Get away from my... er... friend!" She screeched as she flung herself at its neck and bit in... hard...

Solemnkit lay there panting as the foxes tried to get Rainpanther. He shrieked over and over unitl-CRASH-
Stripedfall charged into one of the foxes hissing and spitting. It lunged and he swatted. he dove and it lept. They fought for a while until the fox ran. Stripedfall gave chase until it slipped and drowned in the steep-banked river. He padded back and hauled Soulkeeper onto his shoulders and walked to camp.
"Leaffeather, you got a few cats injured out there." He let the leader slowly slide of his back and onto the ground then turned to the cats staring in shock and panic.
"What are you looking at? Get out there and help Solemnkit, Rainpanther, and Whiskerpaw. They're at the heart of the territory, and I don't think they can hold that thing off for long."
He fell next to his leader, his flanks heaving, a wound on his shoulder from the fox's teeth gashed deep was surging blood. "Dammit," he cursed and passed out.
Whiskerpaw slammed head-first into the fox. "Gah!" He cried as his neck popped on it's hard shoulder. His eyes flicked to Solemnkit laying in the dust and he bit down hard on it's shoulder blade and held on, clawing at it's fur with all paws. His eyes searched for his mentor, but he was nowhere in sight. 'Dammit!' He thought. 'There's no way the three of us could take this thing down.' and when the thought ended he was smashed into a boulder. He let go and screeched as his spine popped and snapped. He fell to the ground, and locked eyes with Solemnkit. "You take good care of Stripedfall for me," he mewed.
It was barely audible, but Solemnkit heard it. "You're not dieing on us!" he hissed.
Whiskerpaw closed his eyes and smiled blood dribbling from the corner of his mouth.
"Wake up! Get up you good-for-nothing fur-ball!" Solemnkit hissed and spat. Then his ear dropped and he grew cold, "Please, don't leave..... Whiskerpaw...... Please......." he stared at the dead apprentice and his eyes grew dead. He lay numb and didn't blink as the other cats arrived. He lay there looking dead like he did nearly three moons ago when his family was killed.
((Is time he became an apprentice and now he can be a warrior apprentice after his legs heal fully.))

Rainpanther screeched. "Dammit this is for all the cats you have taken from Solmnkits life!" She lunged at the fox but it was to fast and it bit her throught again and she blacked out.

Soulkeeper emerged from his dark trance with a peircing headache. For a moment everything was questions. Where he was? who he was? what happend? Then reality began to sink in...
With a jolt the leader stood on his paws without a though but "The kits?!" He winced slightly at his leg and then notice he was in camp and Stripedfall by his side, heaving. "Ary they okay? Am I too late? Why am I wasting time I need to get out there!" Soulkeeper didn't wait for answers before he told him self to leave and was just about after mumbling his thanks to his warrior.

Russetsun padded into the camp, looking tired and weary. "I'll report to them later." She mumbled, turning and curling up in the elder den.

Rainpanther gasped but all she heard was a gurgling noise. She stood wearily up and stumbled halfway across the clearing to Solmnkit but fell. "Solmenkit," Sh called as loud as she could. "Come here Solmenkit, I have to tell you something." The words tumbled out of her mouth and he heard somehow.

Blackfire clawed at the fox and battered it's chest.
Thrushpetal dashed over and hauled Whiskerpaw and Solemnkit back to camp. She nodded to Soulkeeper as he passed and burst into camp wailing, "Whiskerpaw has passed." She plopped him down in the center of the clearing then brought Solemnkit to the medicine den. She looked to the sight of the sight of the battle and charged of to help against the fox.

Soulkeeper raced through the woods till he found the source. As he bunched his mucles razor sharp claws released. The leader sprung clawing at the foxes orange snouted. He peirced its eyes till he was shore the thing was blind. When it yelped onto its hind legs the tom was flung off. "NO ONE THREATENS MY CLAN NOT ANYMORE! NOT EVEN FOX-DUNG LIKE YOU!" Enrage he charged pressing hard into the creature with his shoulder off-balacing it onto its back. As it flaid Soulkeeper took a few blows to his pelt and blood started trickling down his nose. The dark tom waisted no time regaining himself and sinking his teeth into its belly.

Tawnybranch joined in the fighting and was able to drive one wounded fox out of camp. He turned to see Rainpanther hurt and horribly wounded. "Rainpanther!" He rushed over to her side. "Oh Rainpanther! This is my fault! I wasn't protecting you like I should have!" He started to lick the wound on her neck, trying to heal her.

Rainpanther looked up at him with glazed eyes. "Twanybrantch. Its not your fault. Trust me ive been to SunClan and back. Its not my time to go. Ill live." She closed her eyes and relaxed.

((They aren't in camp they are in a site near camp Happy))
Thrushpetal swatted off the fox Tawnybranch had clawed at. She hopped onto it's back and it charged into the forest with her on it's back. She avoided getting crushed by a whisker before she plummeted into the river. She held onto the fox as it paddled towards the surface, but she was weighing it down too much.
She unlatched her grip and swarmed for the surface. She burst above the water only to be dragged back down by the fox.
"Hel-" she managed to get out before being dragged under. After a few minutes the roar of the rapids approached. "Help!" She shrieked as loud as she could.
The fox bit her hind leg and pulled itself on top of her. She went under and the fox kept her from resurfacing. That's when she hit the first boulder in the water. All the air gushed from her lungs, but the fox jumped off to sit on the rock. The stone was too slick and the fox washed downstream hitting every boulder with a sickening crack or thud.
Thrushpetal swam as quickly as she could for a branch hanging over the side of the steep bank and latched her claws deep into the bark. Then passed out from exhaustion.

((whatever. Weird since the kits ran to camp..))
The three tiny kits joined the fight. Molekit giving out which way the fox would move next since dust had been sturred up in the air making it hard to see. "Badgerkit! 2 mouse-lengths to the left, northwind!" Badgerkit swung at the way she said and hit the fox in the muzzle when it was kneeling down to bite them.

((Yeah like warning the others Soulkeeper, Solemnkit, and Rainpanther kept them from getting in. Then Solemnkit chased on away since he got his legs back and had tons of adrenaline))
Blackfire called for a cat to help the kits then chased after Thrushpetal's scent after he fell the fox. He stopped at the river and grew cold. The grew blazing with rage and charged back at the foxes swatting with such ferocity the fox he batted at was knocked out of his senses.
