Wolfpatch looked over the kits. "They're amazing. What should we name them?" He asked. Cloverfeather looked over her kits and smiled. "Racconkit, Molekit, and Badgerkit."

Lakepaw nosed his way in and meowed, "Those are awesome names!"
Leaffeather nodded in return and said, " Brambleheart, take care of her while I see to the injured cats."
Brambleheart stood up and walked over to Cloverfeather, lying next to her and licking her neck comfortingly

Cloverfeather flopped over to let her kit suckle. Wolfpatch licked her forehead. "I'm so proud of you." He meowed. Cloverfeather purred and tiny high pitched purrs came from her three kits.

The deputy padded in and gazed at the three kits. Still being a young tom he had never seen newborns before. The words "wow" escaped his lips in a whisper. "Congratulations, and welcome to Earthclan" he purred slightly.

"Yes, oh great deputy, those are KITS" Brambleheart mocked, but her mew turned kind yet again, "but you do have to admit they're beautiful."

"I know what kits look like" the tom snorted. "But its so weird, they have this affect that calms you instantly" Soulkeeper realized he was being out of character and stood up straight trying to keep himself in line but only ended up failing to look down at the helpless mounds of fur with soft eyes.

Cloverfeather laughed as the two went on. She was a mother and it was all worth it. Cloverfeather looked around. "Hey, where's Rainpanther?"

Soulkeeper became sour. "Hopefully to clean out the elder's den" the deputy. Questions pondered his mind, I wonder if I'll feel this ever again and with whom. His thought trailed to the Lightclan she-cat he met by the river, his eyes widened when he noticed this and quickly dismissed it. Not with her.

"Hey! Hey, oh great deputy," Brambleheart growled, snapping Soulkeeper out of his trance, "Why don't you go look for her, then. She should be in the nursery with us instead of mindlessly wandering around."

"From what I've seen she hasn't been to keen in the presence of kits not after grabbing one by the head and shaking it like and a newbie apprentice with a fish" The tom snorted. Soulkeeper paused before going into a sigh, "fine I'll look for her". The deputy didn't really want to leave the kits but he had a responsibility his clan and he needed to set up a small hunting patrol.
