Blackie looked over at the new cats. "Hi." She said cheerfully. "This is Luna," She said flicking her black tail to the French white she-cat. "And i'm ShadowCla- I mean Blackie." She said quickly. Why did she call herself by her birthname?

Luna opened her eyes wide. "Ve are in our own house place." She said. "Vat are zou doing 'ea?" Blackie could feel her pelt prickle. Why did she have the urge to jump over the fence? Why did she want to run? She left the clan life. They thought she was dead. She couldn't go back.

Luna purred. "Vell, zat is vust wonderful! Vight Blackie?" She said looking at the black she-cat.
Blackie's eyes were huge as she stared into the forest. She leaped up onto the fence and stared into the forest. "I..." She said her voice trailling off. She sighed and looked back at Luna. "I can't do this."

"Nice to meet you, too. Tch, crazy cats." Boots went off in the direction of their house. "Hey! Wait for me!" Runter wailed as he ran after Boots. "There goes my chance of beng cool around here." Patricia looked into the other cat's yard and then followed her house-mates.

Blackie looked at her paws. "I know. But cat's are going missing. And I want to help them. TigerClan won't take me, so maybe LionClan will. I at least want to help them in their time of need!" She shouted. Blackie leaped down off the fence and ran into the forest. "Vait for me!" Luna shouted, dashing after her.

Patricia heard the other cats. "Oh my, there are Clan cats missing! We must help them!"
"We must save them!" Runter and Boots said in unison. The three went of in the other cats' direction.
